I am James Moeskops and this is the smart e-discovery blog.
In my day job, I am Managing Director of Millnet, where I head a team of legal and technical specialists providing global litigation and regulatory support services to more than 200 UK and international law firms. The smart e-discovery blog is a kind of compendium of comment on current ‘hot’ topics and trends that we’ve observed, with a mix of practical ‘tips and tricks’ that we’ve picked up along the way.
My colleague and co-director Charles Holloway will be a major contributor to the blog. Charles offers the perspective of lawyer and accredited mediator and was formerly a senior litigation partner with Eversheds LLP and Head of Litigation in the East of England. His interest in electronic document management arises from his wide experience of document intensive cases and his prominent involvement in investigations in the public and private sectors, notably both the Bloody Sunday and Harold Shipman inquiries.
